World Renown Psychic Rhiannon Waits’s predictions fulfilled,

Rhiannon, (World Renown psychic who has amazed both skeptics and the Psychic world) is again making predictions. Her last prediction, a major blackout would occur and New York would become dark in August, has been fulfilled.

This time Rhiannon is predicting a major hurricane will hit the panhandle region of the United States by the end September, beginning of October. Areas she feel may be affected and are at high risk are Florida, Alabama or Louisiana. She is releasing this information now, so people in that area can make preparations for the Hurricane that she predicts may hit their area. Rhiannon cautions that not all her visions are 100% correct However, I feel, her averages on accuracy have made her predictions extremely noteworthy to all.

Rhiannon also states that Kobe Bryant is innocent of the charges pending against him. When asked why these charges were implemented if he is innocent, her reply was” Things are not always what they appear to be”. Rhiannon further states, ” Kobe Bryant made a mistake but he never forced anyone to do anything. He is a kind and compassionate man who loves his family dearly. I am not a sports fan, so I am not being swayed by dedication to the sport. I read Mr. Bryant on TV and my heart went out to him and his family”. When asked to elaborate on her statement, she replied, ” This is something I will not reveal to the general public”.

Rhiannon has her own web site www.psychic-rhiannon.com, and refuses to be part of other psychic sites on the web. She feels there are too many self proclaimed Psychics on the web informing people only what they desire to hear. That is why she is only allowing psychics whom are tested and previously established as accurate to list on site. Rhiannon will be publishing her predictions on her website along with messages she receives for people.

Rhiannon will be touring in the coming months. She will be appearing at the Expo in Navarre Florida, Sept 13th and 14th, Gulf Breeze Expo the last week-end in October, the Holistica Expo in Atlanta on the 15/16 of November and at the Life Expo in Charlotte the following week-end.

Touring with her will be Simply Psychic and Steve Grainger. Simply Psychic is a trusted friend, psychic and advisor, who is listed on her site. Mr. Grainger is the mystery man in Rhiannons life.

Barbara Cyndel media representive for the company Rhiannon LLC, has published many releases and information concerning true gifted psychics.

The Demand for Apron Sinks

Homeowners like apron sinks for a variety of reasons including the traditional ambiance they give to a home. The demand for apron sinks has grown tremendously over the past decade and that is reflected by the increased variety and designs of apron sink manufacturers.

Apron sinks are typically made of cast iron and modern versions continue to resemble sinks that were commonly used at the turn-of-the-century. Experts usually suggest apron sinks if you have a small kitchen or if you need a sink in a smaller bathroom elsewhere in the home. You can additionally give your home the “farmhouse feel” by carefully selecting fixtures that will compliment your style.

The possibilities with using an apron sink in the overall design of your kitchen are virtually endless. Some homeowners like the farmhouse-touch, but want their kitchen to be ultra modern. Others want their homes to be more rustic and may decide to use a Vessel basin that provides a rustic feel with modern, streamlined results. Fixtures are also an important part of creating the look and feel that compliments your apron sink.

It is safe to say that sinks are not purely a functional part of the home. Sinks can add depth, ambiance and style to today’s homes. You can find apron sinks in a variety of styles and designs. They are available in the traditional cast iron, stainless steel, marble and more. Many homeowners want luscious entertainment areas in their home, with the kitchen becoming more and more popular as a gathering place. For many, an apron sink is the ideal way to make the kitchen attractive, comfortable and inviting while remaining the center of design.

The Convenience of Futon Bunk Beds

Futon bunk beds are a recent phenomenon, and have their roots in the natural evolution of futons. In recent years, futons have significantly improved in style, quality and comfort. In fact, futons have evolved from the tri-fold frame designed for college dormitories to more appealing, sofa-style sleepers with custom pillows and covers.

In addition, futon mattresses have improved in quality, and are now nearly as comfortable as traditional mattress. These factors, along with their versatility and space-saving functionality, have made futons and futon bunk beds more appealing.

Futon bunk beds are two futon beds stacked one on top of the other. The only real difference between futon bunk beds and traditional bunk beds is that the former has the dual functionality of serving as a couch. As such futon bunk beds represent the ultimate in space savings. They allow you to have two beds and a couch all within just a few square feet of floor space.

These benefits are obviously appealing to certain demographics. For instance, college dormitories are a natural fit for futon bunk beds. Likewise, in areas such as New York City and San Francisco, where apartment sizes are small and expensive, there is a great impetus for futon bunk beds to be purchased.

In addition to differing from traditional bunk beds due to their added functionality, futon bunk beds typically appeal to an older demographic, rather than kids. Futon bunk beds are also appealing to older individuals since they often have modern styling and offer a wide array of customization options such as covers and pillows.

Many futon bunk beds are built with a wooden finish which can easily match accompanying furniture such as dressers, desks, etc. Be sure that the guard rail extends to all sides of the upper bunk. This is a critical safety feature which must not be overlooked.

Depression: The Death Fantasy

Depression affects 1 in 3 people in the UK and can vary from mild to extremely severe. Having suffered severe depression for the majority of my life, I feel equipped enough to be able to discuss the way the mind works in relation to the topic of depression and death.

At some point while suffering with severe depression, I began to start thinking about death. Death I eventually began to believe as being the only option available to me to rid myself of the pain I was experiencing. Of course, I now know that it is not the only option, but I sincerely believed that it was at the time.

The death fantasy that those who suffer with severe depression begin to experience had pounced on me and was starting to cloud and distort my mind. There wasn’t a day that passed that I wasn’t thinking about death in one way or another. At first, I had simple thoughts. What would my funeral be like? Who would attend it? But over time, these thoughts became more isolated and the questions I began to ask myself started to turn into images in my mind. I could actually picture myself following through with suicide.

I would question how easy it would be to kill myself? Could I just step out off the pavement into the road and in front of oncoming traffic? Could I jump from a bridge? Could I hang myself or poison myself? Which of these methods would be the quickest, the least painful?

Of course, I knew what I was thinking wasn’t right. I knew I should not be torturing myself with this type of thought, but I couldn’t stop myself, I couldn’t help myself and I started to think about things more deeply. How long would it be before someone noticed I wasn’t around? How long would it take for my body to be found?

The worst times were when I was sat alone, at home with nothing on TV, no-one to talk to and no-one around that could distract me or talk some degree of sense back into me. If I went to the kitchen to make a sandwich, I was troubled when I picked a knife out of the cutlery drawer and began considering how I could use it to slit my wrists. I only ever made my sandwich and never became a self-harmer, but the thoughts were there, the death fantasy always lingering in my mind, in my daily routines, ready to pounce on me if things got too tough, if I found I was unable to cope with something. It’s like it became an opt-out ‘option’ there if I needed it.

I started to question if this type of thinking meant that I was crazy? Maybe I wasn’t right in the head; maybe I actually was a loony or a psycho? For certainly any ‘normal person’ wouldn’t be thinking about death, wouldn’t be as fixated on it as me?

Many people think that suicide attempts are a ‘cry for help’ but I can categorically say that they are not necessarily that. Depression distorts the mind so much that all a person can think about is the negativity in their lives and a way out of the pain - death. They hate to feel sad, to feel depressed, to feel as thought they are unable to function. No-one that suffers with depression wants to feel the way that they do and it is a very scary thing to find yourself contemplating your own death in your mind.

Thankfully, I managed to get myself into my GP’s practise. But the fear of telling a professional the type of thoughts that you are thinking is huge. I worried that I would be sectioned, worried that I would be thrown into a straight jacket and dismissed as crazy in a mental institution. The courage that I had to find to discuss what was happening in my head was immense. However, it took strength, courage and a strong belief in that I was doing the right thing to help myself.

And the advice I would give anyone else who may be suffering depression and in a similar position to that which I was in is to seek the help, to talk to someone, to try to do something before considering the only option that you think is available to you. Because death isn’t your only option - you can get better and have a life depression free. I am living proof.

Sitting on Our Ash

I dearly love the Book of Job. The year our son died I had lost two other basic relationships, all three deaths within months of each other, and all suddenly with no time for goodbyes. I found my comfort in the Old Testament, Job and Isaiah especially. On the third reading of Job I decided that one big message is: God trusts us! We always speak of our trusting God, but it came through so clearly that God trusted Job enough to allow Satan to do his terror. What a comfort that was, to know that God trusted me to get through this time in my life when I wanted so much to wake up dead the next morning. I learned that God would hold on to my hand; that if any letting go happened, it would be on my side, not His.

I received an e-mail that really touched my heart and I’d like to share it. It’s titled GET OFF YOUR ASH: “In Job 2:8 we see a picture of a man who took an instrument to scratch his itch and sat down among the ashes … We have a choice. We can sit down on our ash, the thing we don’t like that seems painful for the moment but in the end will produce a full measure of eternity, or we can rise and walk in the newness of life He has set before us. We all have an individual ash we just can’t seem to get off of: an issue of life we can’t part with, a hurt we can’t let go of, a brother or sister we can’t forgive or a memory we can’t release. Let’s realize the Father is waiting for us to rise up and allow Him to restore to us seven fold and give us beauty for our ashes (Is. 61:3).”Healing Love Outreach Ministries, Devotional #14, Dominica and Carrie Anderson. Thank you, Dominica and Carrie!

Actually the Book of Job does not give us answers but it helps us to better understand the reasons for the anguish that eventually touches every life. The question is not the why, for that we can never answer, but the how: how do we accept and overcome it? We ask ourselves, “What is the meaning of all this?” and then we look up to the Man on the Cross. The meaning is/was found when He arose on that golden resurrection morning to give us a new translation of love and life, and a blessed hope.

The Benefits of Wood Blinds

In interior design, the blinds found on windows and doors are major decorating elements. Blinds made of wood or those with a wooden look add a feeling of warmth and coziness to the atmosphere in the room. They provide privacy without looking stark. They have an inviting look and add beauty to the rest of the furniture in the room. Interior decorators prefer wood blinds for their warmth, versatility, and durability. They can be custom-crafted to suit the décor of any room.

Wood blinds give a natural look to the room with a graceful charm. They look much better than traditional curtains or shutters. They look pretty from both inside and outside the window. In addition, window wood blinds are good insulators from heat or cold. For humid areas like windows in the bathrooms or in the kitchen, faux-wood blinds, which look exactly like wood blinds, can be used.

Wood blinds are crafted from two different types of wood in most cases: Ramin wood and Bass wood. Bass wood is the most preferred since it has more distinctive grain and is stronger. It is also good for staining. Blinds can be constructed with a no-hole option that enables the blinds to make the room really dark. Using a 3-inch valance on these blinds is very decorative. Ramin is the less expensive alternative and generally uses a 2-inch valance at the top of the window to hide the metal head rails.

Wood blinds come in lots of varieties–vertical blinds, woven wood blinds, faux wood blinds, wood mini blinds, etc. They are also available in various shapes, stains, colors, and shades and can be created from different varieties of wood. Window wood blinds can be custom ordered. They can be fitted with other optional features like fabric tapes, cord-want tilt and motorization, light-blocking, UV control, and anti static control.

The size of the slats has to be determined when buying wood blinds. One-inch slats are for French doors and smaller windows whereas two inch slats look good on windows of any size and shape. Blinds that have slats bigger than two inches look like plantation shutters and provide maximum see-through space when open. Other options provided with wood blinds are cordless operation and valance upgrades as per customer requirements.

Wood blinds are available in home improvement centers and stores that provide home/interior decoration services. Nowadays, blinds can also be ordered through online stores with catalogues on their website. They can be ordered as per custom requirements also. Ordering wood blinds online directly from the manufacturer can be very inexpensive.

Important Health Benefits Of A Good Night’s Sleep

A good nights sleep has many important health benefits which I will write about in this article. I am the kind of person who is just unable to perform to my best if I have only had a small number of hours of sleep, I also have a step-daughter who is extremely moody during the next day, if she has not had slept for around seven hours during the night.

I would have to say that I would even class sleep as a hobby of mine, you may think that this is a bit strange but it is true. I feel very safe and comfortable when I am in bed and some people suggest that it is possibly like the way young infants feel when they are in their mothers womb.

When I am in the type of mood that means I find it hard to get to sleep, for example when I have a lot on my mind, I imagine that I have driven off to some long off place in the distance, parked up the car and then have gone to sleep in the back of the car with around four pillows and three quilts. I suppose this is a way of me dreaming of running away from my troubles to an area where no-one can hurt me and again making myself extremely warm and comfortable. This again might be a bit weird in some peoples eyes but it helps me to get to sleep. It certainly beats counting sheep.

Sleep itself has many benefits. People who often find themselves in a depressed state, which is what I have been in the past, can find that a good nights sleep can have a very positive affect on their overall state of mind. This could be because it helps people to think in a clearer and more positive way. The sleep helps bring more life and energy into people helping them to start fighting their problems and challenges.

Sleep can also help people who are often stressed. This is very much for the same reasons as above. What people may of course say is that they actually find it hard to sleep when they are stressed or depressed. This is very understandable and the example above where I have described how I manage to get myself to sleep in this situation, may hopefully be of use to people. Other methods would be to think of other ways of trying to switch off the mind from over worrying about things, as an example people can read part or all of a good book before attempting to fall asleep.

From a personal point of view, I have found that even though it is important to sleep for quite a long time (around seven or eight hours per night), that it is also important not to over stay in bed in the morning. I am not sure exactly why this is but I always have a sense of feeling heavier. This leaves me in a negative and lethargic mood all day. This could be just me of course. I basically in general go to bed at around ten at night and wake up at around seven in the morning.

What I enjoy most of all is what happens in my house at around eight o’clock most evenings. This is when my son goes upstairs to bed. He always has around an hour of playing with his toys before he decides he is ready to go to sleep and he likes me to listen to him whilst he is playing. This is fine by me as it allows me to lie in my bed and relax. I do not always fall asleep but it is extremely enjoyable to hear him play while at the same time I am in a way re-charging my batteries.

In conclusion, I would advise people to enjoy the benefits of sleep. Sleep in some peoples eyes is a hassle and they would rather be watching the television or socialising with their friends. As previously stated I treat sleep as a hobby and look forward to going to bed. For people who are prone to depression or who are often stressing about this or that, a good nights sleep could be exactly what you need.

Artificial Intelligence History and the Bill Bryson Archives

An artificially intelligent robotic android will need a little knowledge in order to become a viable part of a human grouping, whether that grouping is a family unit, team or even a catering company or a car wash if it will be working along side other humans. This is because humans need a baseline of knowledge in order to be accepted by a group and thus able to discuss relative information or knowledge with one another. Indeed it also helps humans as they further explain a thought to put it into some sort of context.

Now then to program a computer or artificially intelligent android to work well around other humans it will need also a baseline of knowledge, too much knowledge could actually displace the robot in their human grouping and thus make it un-welcomed, outcaste or perhaps disliked. Human groups tend to do this, whether this is a good trait or not is quite irrelevant as it is merely a fact of basic human interaction in groups. Thus we need to address this.

So rather than taking the Bill Gate’s approach and reading the entire encyclopedia as a child or programming into a artificially intelligent robotic android the entire set of Encarta on five CD ROMs or attempting to download all the pages of the Wikipedia Website, I propose that we take an over all approach with some dates and facts interspersed.

So, I move we take Bill Bryson’s book “A Brief History of Everything” and program that into the robotic android, along with some basic dates that many humans know, such as the signing date of the Declaration of Independence, 1492 Columbus sailed the seas of Blue and the war of 1812; your basic stuff, not enough for the android to be a total smarty pants, but enough to hold its own under your basic organic human unit in the social grouping. Please consider this in 2006.

What was I thinking? Was I thinking? Well…we’ve all been there. The moment is
time stopping. There I was, just happily and innocently window-shopping when I see her. The reflection was startling! The cute outfit I put together that morning had betrayed me! I had visions of my picture with my eyes covered by that shameful black rectangle on the fashion don’t page! Ouch! Reality hit and I was grateful that photographs were not going to immortalize this moment.

Seriously, who couldn’t use a little friendly fashion advice now and then?

The following is a list of frequent, “eh-hem,” oversights and how to avoid THE betrayal

It’s all about the fit, Baby!

There are days when baggy comfort clothes are absolutely necessary, and there are days when we must resist. What is a proper fit? These days, it is hard to know because sizes of clothing vary as much as 2 sizes either way. The best way to ensure that clothes fit properly is to make an appointment with a tailor. Better yet, take an outfit with you that you feel fits you well. Get the tailor’s opinion. If you just crossed your eyes while reading this because you
can’t fit another thing into your schedule, never fear! A good rule of thumb to follow is how you feel in the clothes. Can you move while wearing the clothes? Can you cross your arms without feeling tension in the back of your top? Can you sit without having your pants ride up into never-never-land? Or, can you do all of the above because you are wearing clothes you could perform gymnastic moves
in?

Wear colors that make you feel great!

We can all wear color. I love experimenting with color! Wear colors that make you feel good. Colors can energize or calm you. Colors, which are complimentary to you, will reflect onto your face and make you look refreshed and pretty when you are wearing them! It is that easy!

Jazz it up!

You can do it! Step out of the comfort zone and jazz up your style! Trendy
clothing can be fun! I’m not talking about completely changing your style, just spicing it up, giving you some variation. For example, dress up your classical wardrobe by adding a trendy blouse, or a fun mini skirt. Add a bit more or less color than usual. There are lots of trendy clothing stores and boutiques out there and sales people who are more than happy to help you make a choice! Have fun!

Jeans are hot!

Have you seen the great jeans out there! Jeans with embroidery, crystals, gems, ribbon, lace, you name it! Jean skirts, jean jackets, and all lengths and styles of jeans can give your wardrobe great variety! But, let one denim piece be the star! Too many shades of denim can be overwhelming! Some of our favorites: Joe’s Jeans, Red Engine, Massimo and Miss Me. Find Miss Me jeans at
www.turbowear.com.

Do grab ideas from your favorite actor!

Do you love a particular actors style? Rather than completely copy a look, be
inspired by it and create a similar fashion that will suit you. Go for it! Have fun!
